I do not share your personal information with employers, recruiters, or hiring leaders. The Approached methodology teaches you to do your own outreach. Your engagement with Approached is private. Your current employer cannot tell you have engaged with Approached unless you tell them.
I may disclose your personal information to:

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose information is involved, I will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This includes notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the breach. I will also take immediate steps to contain the breach and assess the risk of harm.
9. Automated Decision-Making
The Approached Audit produces a numerical score and a tier recommendation based on your responses. This is automated scoring, not automated decision-making that significantly affects your rights or interests. The audit recommendation is informational. Any subsequent engagement with Approached requires your active decision and purchase. If automated decision-making practices change, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes and explain how they operate in accordance with Australian privacy law.

For audit responses, retention is typically 24 months from the date you take The Audit, unless you continue to engage with Approached's products or services within that period.
